What LongLens is
LongLens is a planning tool operated by [YOUR LEGAL NAME]. It turns the figures you enter into projections using fixed formulas and the assumptions shown in the app.
Not financial advice
LongLens does not give financial, mortgage, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or borrow. Its results, including the trade-off summary and the move readiness score, are calculations from your own inputs. They depend on assumptions about property growth, investment returns and interest rates that may not hold. Speak to a qualified adviser before making a decision.
Your inputs
Results are only as accurate as the figures you enter. Taxes and fees, such as property transfer tax, are entered by you and are not checked against any country's rules.
Free and Pro plans
The free plan is available without an account. LongLens Pro is a subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from the "Manage billing or cancel" button on your plan page. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. [YOUR REFUND POLICY]
Pro is unlocked in a browser by a licence key. Keep it private; you are responsible for use of your key.
Your data
Your household data is stored in your browser, as described in the privacy policy. We cannot restore it if it is lost, so export a copy if it matters to you.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
Liability
